Requirements
- you'll be successful in this role if
- you’ve plenty experience working as a UX Designer working in an inhouse UX team and alongside a development team
- you’re proficient in UX sketching and creating both low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
- you are able to support design projects from concept to completion
- you’re familiar with working in an agile sprint environment, using project management systems like Jira and Notion
- you’re comfortable contributing to design decisions and asking tough questions to help surface and challenge assumptions
- you’re very comfortable using either Adobe XD , Figma, or Sketch
- you have a strong understanding of the whole design process from initial problem framing, through user research and creative design to final handover to the development team
