customer service advisor

Working hours

  • part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • assist in all areas of customer service, which may include proactive contacts
  • handle complex customer service issues
  • ensure phones are always covered so customers speak to a person as often as possible
  • answer calls professionally and in the right manner
  • service, file and organise our Mailboxes
  • respond to email queries as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • resolve queries quickly and efficiently to a high standard
  • bring problems to light and work with your Line Manager to ensure they do not happen again

Requirements

  • excellent communicator and interpersonal skills
  • previous customer service experience in an office-based environment with a minimum of 2 years working knowledge
  • ability to deal with demanding clients and deadlines
  • excellent attention to detail both written and oral
  • target driven with previous experience of working in a KPI driven environment
  • good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • customer Service: 2 years
