Working hours
- part-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- assist in all areas of customer service, which may include proactive contacts
- handle complex customer service issues
- ensure phones are always covered so customers speak to a person as often as possible
- answer calls professionally and in the right manner
- service, file and organise our Mailboxes
- respond to email queries as quickly and efficiently as possible
- resolve queries quickly and efficiently to a high standard
- bring problems to light and work with your Line Manager to ensure they do not happen again
Requirements
- excellent communicator and interpersonal skills
- previous customer service experience in an office-based environment with a minimum of 2 years working knowledge
- ability to deal with demanding clients and deadlines
- excellent attention to detail both written and oral
- target driven with previous experience of working in a KPI driven environment
- good analytical and problem-solving skills
