Responsibility
- you will play a pivotal role in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

- generate sales and quotations via the telephone, email, and Web leads

- handle customers issues, queries and requests
- liaise with customers and team members regularly and efficiently to ensure your customers’ needs are always met
- develop strong relationships with potential and existing customers
- you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, issues, and requests to ensure a smooth and satisfactory interaction between the company and its customers
Requirements
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- solid and proven experience within sales — preferably within a similar background
- strong problem-solving abilities
- customer service experience — an asset
- ability to gain new business from leads generated using your own initiative
- attention to detail and organization
- ability to work on your own or as part of a team
- ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
