- customer support: provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person, addressing their inquiries, concerns, or complaints
- order processing: process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolution
- communication: maintain clear and effective communication with customers, keeping them informed about order statuses, product information, and relevant updates
- documentation: maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries
Requirements
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- solid and proven experience within sales — preferably within a similar background
- strong problem-solving abilities
