- as and when required, helping with day-to-day branch tasks
- ensuring a high standard of health and safety is maintained

- any other tasks which may be required of a branch manager
Requirements
- experience working within the timber or building merchant sector; additionally at a branch manager or supervisory level
- the ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and suppliers
- the ability to engage and mentor colleagues, helping them to achieve branch goals
- strong administration and organisational skills ensuring daily operations are carried out efficiently
- computer literate, with good IT skills
