leading a small team and overseeing the running of this retail outlet
day to day management and leadership of a small team
managing the P&L of the business, with support from the Premier Fish team
ensure the accurate management of fresh, frozen and ambient stock
preparing and packing orders for customers, including some basic fish preparation
as the Retail Manager at our high street fishmonger shop, you’ll be part of our exciting venture to provide a traditional fishmonger on Fish Row in Salisbury
maintaining a safe, clean, and tidy working and retail environment
backed by the Premier Fish team, you’ll have extensive support and many years of experience to help you maximise this fantastic retail opportunity

Requirements

some basic knife skills, these could be as a chef with a genuine passion for seafood
the role could suit an experienced, sociable chef looking to move away from the kitchen environment
excellent people skills, this role will involve dealing with the public and building an outstanding reputation for service and quality
good management and leadership skills to help manage a small team
high standards of presentation and packing
ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
able to perform tasks accurately and productively
strict adherence to health and safety
