- after 4 Months Probation £23k
- plus Bonuses and Commissions
- starting Pay: £20k
- conduct regular client reviews to identify opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling, and ensuring client satisfaction
- monitor policy renewal dates, initiate renewal procedures, and negotiate policy terms and pricing to secure client coverage continuation
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
- proven experience in insurance broking, account management, or related roles
- strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and coverage types
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients and underwriters
- exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- proficient in using insurance broking software and computer applications, such as MS Office Suite
- ability to analyze data and make sound judgments to provide appropriate insurance solutions
- professional certifications are desirable but not mandatory
