Requirements
- demonstrate confidence to succeed personally while ensuring complete organisation performance
- able to demonstrate resilience in the face of challenge
- social Work degree or hold a QCF Level 7 in Management
- have 2 years experience as an Outreach Worker within Outreach services
- experience of working as an Outreach Worker within the last two years
- knowledge of relevant legislation
- be aware of own strengths and weaknesses and personal impact on others while ensuring conduct is in accordance with professional standards and PCM's values
- hold a current full driving licence valid in UK with access to suitable transport on appointment
Responsibility
- manage and lead the staffing team in the delivery of a safe and effective interventions
- provide supervision and support to all staff, includes monitoring performance
- participate in professionals meetings
- undertake performance review with Directors and staff
- managers will ensure that our services comply with Safer Recruitment regulations and will be involved in the induction and training of our staff
