Responsibility
- you will be working with a very experienced team in the manufacture of Bespoke Shaped Upvc Window & Door Frames
- you will be working with an experienced team in the manufacture of Bespoke Shaped Upvc Window & Door Frames
- to manufacture Bespoke Upvc Window & Door frames with mm accuracy and to the highest quality standards, you will work off frame diagrams with all specifications on them and be able to understand all aspects of the manufacturing process
- you will be working with an experienced team in the manufacture of Bespoke Shaped Upvc Window & Door Frames, you will be required to use various hand tools, power tools, air tools and window manufacturing machinery
Requirements
- overtime is also essential and compulsory to meet the needs of the business
- an eye for the finer details in your work is an ideal quality for the right candidates
- this role would suite 2nd and 3rd year college leavers who have been studying in the Carpentry & Joinery course as aspects can be transferred across to window fabrication, most bespoke window & door fabricators starts off from joinery
- wage depends on job role and experience, pay reviews will be done after first 6 months and then annually. After you become competent in all aspects of fabrication the hourly wage will be in excess of £11.00 per hour
- upvc window fabrication: 1 year
- joinery : 1 year
- you will have a can-do attitude, with the ability to follow instructions, use your own initiative and be very keen and willing to learn
