Requirements
- good IT skills, confident to use and train others in the use of a PC and hand held scanners
- the ability to work alone using own initiative or as part of a team
- ability to manage a team and delegate duties
- adhere to and follow the company’s policy and procedures at all times
- deal with conflict professionally and be confident to deal with any performance issues
- problem solving skills
- ensure personal knowledge of company documentation is kept up to date i.e. policies, staff and driver handbook etc
- forklift licence preferred but not essential
Responsibility
- carry out all other duties commensurate to the role and level of responsibility
- provide support to the nightshift manager
- carry out quality checks on highlighted parts
