- the role has full budgetary responsibility for revenue and cost
- active member of the Rest of the World, S&P, team with participation on diagnostics, telemetry and service tools
- create a weekly, monthly and annual spares parts plan
- manage the incoming service, repair, warranty and RMA activities with all team members
