process bookings received via phone and or email including card payments as needed
ensuring accurate data inputting, photocopying, and collating packs of course materials
processing of training paperwork
invigilate exams
build and maintain rapport with our clients, offer a personalised service. This is about developing existing customer relationships as well as establishing new relationships
ensure smooth running of training by developing close working relationships with the administration, sales, finance, and delivery teams, as well as associates, partners, and clients
Requirements
ability to multitask, have strong organisational skills, and manage tight deadlines is essential
strong IT skills
be a team player and help the wider team at busy periods
excellent customer service skills
strong communication skills, both written and verbal
