  • assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
  • provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • coordinate meetings and conferences, including arranging for catering if necessary
  • manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
  • strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • professional appearance and demeanor
