Requirements

  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • first rate technical knowledge, coupled with a good degree of commercial know-how
  • good project management skills, backed by a strong customer focus for project values between £20k-£3m
  • the ability to manage individual tender processes and all associated documentation
  • good understanding and experience of JCT Contracts
  • evidence of budgetary responsibility and delivering projects/works to plan, within set timescales at agreed costs
  • project management on a wide range of capital and maintenance schemes
  • good Auto CAD skills with the ability to write tender packages
