  • ensuring job adverts are updated, making effective use of available budgets and reaching the widest possible audiences
  • handling incoming applications, ensuring a prompt and responsive service to all candidates
  • sourcing healthcare candidates via external CV Database, referrals and through social media
  • conducting Telephone Interviews
  • vetting candidates and conducting face to face interviews
  • pre-employment & Compliance Checks
