Responsibility
- responsible for invoicing and Accounts Recievable , all bills and payables for UK & US
- cashflow and Payments management
- own the financial reporting for the global entities and holding company
- prepare monthly accounts packs and agreeing intercompany positions
- VAT and PAYE reporting for active entities as required
- balance sheet reconciliations and control accounts for balance sheet captions
- ownership of Corp Tax returns, prepared externally but provision of underlying data will be key
- own the accounts, tax preparation and returns for US, UK & India
Requirements
- fully or part qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with previous financial control and management reporting experience
- previous experience of recruitment or a Payroll related company preferable
- experience of working with foreign currencies preferable
- diligent with strong attention to detail
- up to date knowledge of accounting regulations
- good understanding of business as well as financial issues
- accounting: 1 year
- capable of working with limited daily supervision
