Requirements

  • A good understanding of quality issues within a food manufacturing environment
  • A good working knowledge of BRCGS
  • GMP experience would be desirable
  • team player and to be able to work independently with limited supervision
  • good practical skills
  • good attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and methodically
  • good IT skills, written and verbal communication

Responsibility

  • supporting Non-Conformance investigations and implementing CAPA’s
  • raising non-conformance reports as and when required
  • receiving and logging of return products
  • this is not an exhaustive list and the person employed in this role should be willing to undertake other tasks if required within the remit of the role
  • completing investigational work for customer complaints
