Responsibility
- project management of the application, design, construction, and installation for solar PV sites
- proven track record of meeting essential deadlines of Projects
- is supportive and approachable to listen and discuss issues and viewpoints from installation team and contractors in a kind manner
- management of construction and site Health and Safety, including writing risk assessments and reports
- updating CRM and Project Management platforms
- management of solar installers and subcontractors
- providing clear instruction and guidance to the solar installers, going through the various phases of solar jobs in detail, in which an initial team prep before every job begins
- conducting site visits to assess suitability for solar installations
Requirements
- previous experience in a Project Management role , and has competent skills in project management methodology
- must have line management experience and is people-centered
- must have experience of training employees or contractors in a professional setting
- is able to produce KPI reports, provide analysis and recommendations
- A degree qualification, PRINCE2 certificate or equivalent is essential
- CSCS card is desirable
- has knowledge of a range of solar equipment used for installations
- strong knowledge and dedication to relevant health and safety practices and legislation
