Responsibility
- to create an environment within the home which promotes positive respect for children. To work as part of a team who are responsible for meeting the needs identified in their placement plan
- the post holder is required to carry out the duties in accordance with Health and Safety policies and procedures
- staff members will be involved in planning and team meetings
- giving advice and education to the young person as and when they require support
