Requirements
- you must have four year or more experience in dog grooming within a salon or home based grooming
- strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with pet owners
- knowledge of basic veterinary care is advantageous but not mandatory
- good communication skills and listening skills
- ability to perform heavy lifting when handling larger breeds or multiple pets
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being is essential for success in this role
- you are required to conduct a dog groom as part of your interview process and you should have a portfolio of grooms to show during your interview process
