Requirements

  • competence with Finance IT Accounting Packages to use XERO
  • competence with NOVEOS or similar time recording /workflow system
  • ability to handle VAT transactions/payments/submissions etc

Responsibility

  • deal with all Purchase Invoices and Payments ensuring all bills are paid on time and recorded accurately on Xero
  • maintain the Outstanding Debtors List to ensure it is constantly up to date and regularly distributed to the Directors
  • maintain petty cash and undertake monthly reconciliation
  • tax & VAT
  • in collaboration with the Directors, produce forecast Annual Plans and Budgets and make Future Provisions
