maintain the Outstanding Debtors List to ensure it is constantly up to date and regularly distributed to the Directors
maintain petty cash and undertake monthly reconciliation

in collaboration with the Directors, produce forecast Annual Plans and Budgets and make Future Provisions

Requirements

competence with Finance IT Accounting Packages to use XERO
competence with NOVEOS or similar time recording /workflow system
ability to handle VAT transactions/payments/submissions etc
