- create, implement and manage an in-depth onboarding programme for new starters to increase retention and success at the company as well as adapting to cultural values
- support managers with their team structures, relationships and performance management
Requirements
- 10 years' experience in HR/Compensation & Benefits
- strong background in HR Shared Services and administration excellence
- proven experience in creating and successfully implementing a HR strategy
