Responsibility
- review daily work schedules of the development team, digital designers involved in your projects
- monitor and update project administration on specific client projects in addition to providing ad hoc support to the client services team
- manage and update development/project schedules regularly, keeping all stakeholders informed about projects and amending ticket statuses
- assist with the update of the company’s online management information system to help plan and deliver resource across projects
- attendance at workshops, working sessions and meetings ; note-taking, action management and agenda ownership
- liaison with third parties/external suppliers where necessary
- updating colleagues in finance with project status to assist with timely billing and invoicing to clients
- liaise with registrars to create mail-out questionnaires and manage the distribution of annual reports to shareholders
