Responsibility
full-time administrator role required for an exciting gate automated company based in Farnham
answer all order telephone calls
providing written quotations for all requests using our CRM system
manage the sales admin email inbox
processing sales orders for new and existing customers
complete and update contracts and deposit invoices
we serve Surrey and the surrounding counties,, installing and maintaining gates and a variety of other security option for a wealthy private homes, developments and commercial properties
communicate between sales team and operations about changes of contracts and projects
Requirements
customer focus/customer first attitude essential
experience of interacting and liaising directly with customers
1-2 years’ experience of working in an administrative position, sales admin experience is an advantage
strong attention to detail and organisation skills
proactive and thinking outside the box approach
experience of Sales Force would be ideal but not essential
having the confidence to manage and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
social media skills is a bonus
