PORT ISAAC MEDICAL PRACTICE is looking for employees for positions:

receptionist / administrator

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • training will be given but experience in customer service/reception would be preferred
  • meeting and greeting patients, clinicians and visitors at the reception desk, providing a friendly and helpful welcome
  • answering the telephone and responding efficiently and correctly to incoming emails and calls
  • opening up/locking-up of practice premises and maintaining security in accordance with Practice protocols
  • we are looking for a cheerful, enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to join our friendly, busy GP practice for 37 hours per week Must be computer literate, have excellent customer service/telephone skills, be friendly and flexible and able to work as part of a team or on your own
  • maintaining and monitoring the practice appointments system
  • processing online consultations and ensuring patients are directed to the appropriate healthcare professional
  • processing and distributing incoming mail
