site manager
Responsibility
- day to day management of projects and construction on site
- make sure that all of the HSEQ requirements are all maintained and show legal compliance
- working with the Contracts manager to ensure that contracts are completed on time, in an efficient and cost effective manner
- provide risk assessments and all other checks are undertaken throughout the project
Requirements
- knowledge of local construction projects and experience of partnership agreements
- knowledge of sustainability projects
- working knowledge of Kitchen and Bathroom projects would be desirable
- experience and knowledge of EWI projects would be advantageous
