Responsibility
- lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

- train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary skills and best practices
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste
- collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and special event offerings
Requirements
- proven experience as a Head Chef role in a fast-paced environment for at least 3 years
- strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- expertise in food safety protocols and procedures
- excellent team management and leadership skills
- culinary creativity with a passion for creating exceptional dishes
- proficiency in all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation and production
- previous experience working in a restaurant setting preferred
