Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role preferred – but not required
- level 3 or 4 Children, Young people, and family practitioner equivalent – or willing to work towards
- full UK Manual Driving Licence – preferred but not essential
- actively support and teach young people independent living skills
- ability to pass enhanced DBS check
- encourage and assist them in acquiring skills that contribute to their long-term independence
- assist the child or young person with attending appointments
- strong communication / documenting skills
