Pocock + Shaw have a fantastic opportunity available for a Lettings Administrator to join a busy independent estate agency in central Newmarket.This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a friendly and dedicated team working within a thriving office with the scope to develop. This varied role will include dealing with all aspects of residential lettings.The role is ideally suited to someone who is well organised, has good IT knowledge, well presented, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills dealing with people of all levels. The successful candidate will ideally have some property experience, although full training will be provided.Key responsibilities to include but not limited to:Personal diary management.Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both landlords and tenants either in person, by phone or by email.Conducting property inventories.Carrying out tenant check in’s and check out’s.Liaising with contractors to arrange both routine and ad hoc property maintenance and reporting to the landlord.Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations are met.Liaising with landlords and tenants regarding viewing appointments and attending viewings when required.Taking marketing photos, videos and floorplans.Any associated administration with the above tasks.Willingness to undertake professional training (unless already Level 3 qualified)Licence/Certification: Driving License and own vehicle essential for the role.Duration: Permanent contract.Working hours:Monday to Wednesday 9am – 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.Saturday Rota: 1 in 4 Saturdays (13 in total)Starting Salary: £22,000 depending on experienceJob Types: Permanent, Full-timePart-time hours: 24 per weekSalary: From
