Responsibility

  • manage a portfolio of rental properties, also to grow and build upon the current managed portfolio
  • manage the day to day requirements of the properties, tenants and landlords
  • organise maintenance and repairs
  • manage inventories
  • handle check-ins and check-outs
  • well established independent estate agency based in Ely, Cambridgeshire is seeking a full time Lettings Property Manager on a permanent basis to commence employment as soon as possible
  • manage rental payments and arrears
  • deal with incoming enquiries and queries relating to lettings, property management and maintenance/repairs

Requirements

  • experience within estate agency/lettings and property management
  • knowledge of the local lettings market is desirable
  • strong organisational and time-management skills
  • ability to work well under pressure when required
  • strong customer service skills
  • valid driving licence
  • be a proactive member of a busy small team providing Sales & Property Management services
