duty manager
Responsibility
- be the responsible person on shift when the general manager is not on site
- oversee the pool attendants during your shift
- carrying out pool water quality tests and limited plant room procedures
- ensure the site is clean, functioning and safe and a pleasant customer experience
- trouble shooting / solving day to day issues that come up on site
- model leadership behaviours in line with the POASP Code of Conduct
- this is an exciting role for a leader to help with management of the Petersfield Open Air Swimming Pool . The pool is run as a charity and is managed by a board of Trustees on behalf of the Petersfield and area community
- the pool is open for swimming every day from May through to September and may also be open for cold water swimming outside of these periods. There is a fully functioning cafe on site
