Responsibility
quickly develop a sound knowledge of all necessary tools and systems used by the OOH & Apex teams
maintain upsites, playouts, order forms and all campaign data as well as central shared directories
managing the Operations Executives output and act as an ambassador
work with Apex/Ops/Finance team to complete end of month reconciliations/mid-month for all activity
build and maintain strong internal relationships across multiple teams and build rapport with media owners & third party vendors
assist the OOH Operations Director with daily/weekly tasks for ensuring campaigns go ‘live’ on time across paper/digital assets
since in-housing our OOH offering, an opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed person who enjoys working within the communications industry within a vibrant media agency
we’re about to embark on integrating a new data system so are looking for someone who is curious, self-motivated, eager to learn and who will hit the ground running
Requirements
demonstrates initiative and the ability to develop/learn new processes and systems/databases
excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks accurately
responsive, with the ability to manage expectations, promptly responding to e-mails and requests whilst demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
adept at interpreting data and identifying themes and inconsistencies plus understanding key business issues and what solutions can be built using data to address them
