- \* To encourage and support residents to maintain and improve their daily living skills and promote their independence skills
- \* To administer, record and monitor medication as appropriate
- \* To record activities and reports on the in-house computer system
- \* To participate in the monitoring of physical and mental health of residents and to behave and report appropriately
- \*To comply with Adult Protection & Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults and take responsibility for reporting any concerns to the Management Team
- \* To assist and contribute with care planning, risk assessments, house meetings, staff meetings and training as required
