Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- ensure each department within your branch reaches/exceeds KPI's and targets
- conducting 1-2-1s, when necessary for performance development with the showroom & business team
- working with the Installation team to ensure service standards of Installers and installations are maintained at the required levels
- working with the Area Manager to identify individual training requirements across the business
- regular communication with customers to ensure they are happy with the showrooms service, designs and overall customer service
- you and your team will be carrying out pre-booked home surveys, engaging with new customers, providing inspirational design, converting sales and project management of installations
- allocating online appointment requests, telephone and walk-in customers to surveys to improve appointment volumes
- supporting the showroom team with escalations and issue resolution where required to central customer service and installation teams
Requirements
- bathroom design is an advantage but not essential - Anyone can be trained
- A typical working week is 40 hours a week including weekends
- you’re customer-focused
- prepared to work in a fast-paced environment
- you'll have the ability to motivate yourself and others
- retail or Retail Sales Managment: 1 year
- you'll be results-driven and have experience hitting or exceeding targets
- ideally located within 30 minutes of your store
