credit control manager
Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- manage the daily processes of the Credit Control team
- ensure detailed customer notes and reports are updated daily
- credit check all new customers and follow the set process before opening any new accounts on the system
- manage and monitor customer accounts by reviewing credit limits on a daily basis
- manage the process of placing Accounts on Stop if they have exceeded their payment terms/credit limit
- liaise with all branch Managers and advise of any customers that have exceeded their credit limits
- liaise with the other members of the Accounts department to ensure all cash is allocated and processed daily
- monthly reporting of any potential bad debt and monitor/advise of payment performance of all customers
Requirements
- minimum of 3 years previous experience working in a Credit Control department
- good level of numeracy, accuracy and literacy
- good knowledge of Accounting systems
- excellent communication skills
- ability to organise and prioritise own workload
- attention to detail
- credit Control: 3 years
