Requirements
- employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- good oral and written communication skills are necessary
- experience of executing validation activities in a regulated environment is required
- attention to detail, and computer literacy are essential
- project Management knowledge is advantageous
- experience with direct customer interaction is preferred
- general office equipment and materials
Education
- 3 years of experience required, 3 years of industry experience preferred
- strong working knowledge of Regulatory and Standard requirements for validation is required
- experience as OTJ trainer/coach preferred
