- responding to web generated enquiries
- handle Customer Support with most queries being via email or phone
- building and managing relationships with existing and potential clients
- client support with aftercare service and building relationships with all customers
- using your skills to develop lasting relationships with new and existing clients
Requirements
- previous business experience either in studies or work environment
- IT literate - PC or Mac
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- friendly and confident telephone manner, with strong & clear communication skills
- proactive, positive, willing to learn and develop, self-driven
- excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- applicants will need to be in possession of a valid UK work visa
