Responsibility
- supervision of your team including their wellbeing and development
- ordering of all stock and stock control in line with budgets
- health and Safety of customers, staff and the centre
- managing staffing levels in line with budget, issuing a weekly rota for your team
- maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness
- managing customer queries, bookings etc
- handling complaints that have been escalated
- ensuring excellent standards at all times
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience within leisure/retail/hospitality is essential
- exceptional customer service skills
- enthusiastic about working in a child centred environment
- A Food hygiene Certificate or previous kitchen experience would be beneficial, however training will be given in this area
- good IT skills are required
- shift planning experience would be beneficial
- works well under pressure
- responsible and reliable
