- collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless planning and execution for events and projects

- stay updated with industry trends and innovative techniques to keep our offerings fresh and inspiring
- assist our Head Florist Lead and coordinate floral orders and briefs for multiple jobs each week during high season, ensuring timely and detailed focused execution
- help our Head Florist oversee a team of freelance florists, providing clear instructions, guidance, and support to maintain a collaborative and positive work environment. We have a great team that we are very proud off
