Responsibility
- platinum Property Agents are recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team across the Worcester and Malvern Offices
- this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work in a fast paced office, with a mixed portfolio of properties
- monday - Friday
- 9am-5.30pm
- managing your own portfolio on behalf of clients
- handling and overseeing maintenance jobs and compliance
- assisting with the staff management within the team
- ensuring rental accounts are up to date
Requirements
- must have at least 1 years experience in the industry
- must have at least 2 years experience in the industry
- self motivated
- must be organised and have the ability to manage high volumes of work
- customer service skills are essential
- be able to independently work as well as be a team player
- understand and keep up to date with legislation changes
