Responsibility
- general reception and administration duties as required by the business
- initial point of contact, handling incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
- management of applicant and property records
- responding to enquiries in a timely fashion and prequalifying applicants to the standard expected before scheduling viewings
- feeding any maintenance requirements back to the Portfolio Managers as necessary to maximise lettings potential of the properties
- negotiation of initial tenancy terms between landlords and applicants in a timely fashion
- submission and processing of suitably agreed applications to ensure timely completion of the process
- producing new tenancy agreements, and associated supporting documentation and materials, in line with current legislation
Requirements
- no prior experience in this industry is required as all training will be provided
- transferable customer service experience required
- working knowledge of Windows
- ability to produce business correspondence with a high degree of accuracy, spelling and grammar
- keen interpersonal, communication, problem solving and negotiation skills
- systematic and professional in your approach with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- full driving license and own vehicle
