Working hours

Responsibility
- to ensure all requests received from clients and IFA's are processed within regulatory timeframes and meet business partner Service Levels
- work within a Quality Assurance process that ensures work is administered to the required standards and individual training needs are identified
- support project and IT initiatives promoting automation and product neutral efficiency gains where appropriate
- work in conjunction with Portfolio Manager to implement cost containment initiatives
- ongoing adherence to the policies contained in the Compliance Manual
- provide support to Portfolio Manager to enable him/her to manage the team in accordance with departmental strategy and objectives
- acting to deliver good outcomes for our customers by following the Consumer Duty rules and guidance set by the FCA and our own internal core values and behaviours
- comply with documented departmental policies and procedures and encourage others to do so
Requirements
- awareness of the regulatory requirements affecting Platform One business
