- to support the team with on-call duties and cover of support where necessary
- to maintain high levels of administration duties throughout the service including daily logs, incident reporting and risk assessments
- liaising with other care professionals as required, and ensuring that all records are updated accurately
- undertaking general cleaning duties throughout the homes as needed
- capable under pressure and able to react to challenging situations
- to provide the highest level of support and attention to service users, monitoring and completing individual support planning for all service users
- to have a flexible working approach on a 24/7 basis for on-call requirements
- to always be alert to service users’ physical and mental wellbeing, immediately dealing with and reporting any changes in a services user’s condition
