  • issue replacement items and refunds when necessary
  • demonstrate high levels of empathy and understanding
  • monitor and respond to customer SMS and Phone Calls
  • respond to voicemails and return missed calls where appropriate
  • log customer call data and create customer contacts
  • notify operations of new/ unexpected issues customers report
  • respond to customer emails and messages in a timely and respectful manner
