customer Service - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with enquiries, orders, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
administrative Tasks - Perform various administrative tasks related to hire contracts, purchase orders and data entry
process Management - Coordinate equipment hires, including scheduling deliveries and collections and confirming equipment availability
order Processing - Processing hire contracts and purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
problem Solving - Resolve concerns or issues promptly and professionally, striving to exceed customer expectations
communication - Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, suppliers and other team members to ensure on-time delivery and pickup of equipment
