Requirements

- UK Registered Chartered Architect
- A minimum of five years’ post qualification experience in a similar role
- high proficiency in CAD, both 2D and 3D modelling
- strong project management and job running skills
- sound detailing skills and a keen eye for detail
- well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- strong knowledge of relevant Standards and Building Regulations
Responsibility
- this full-time Project Architect role will involve working at our Woodbridge Office four days a week and one day a week at our Southwold Office - overseeing a diverse range of projects
- the successful candidate must be able to balance both creative design and practical considerations while analysing client briefs, respond to briefs, generate design solutions and develop these from conception through to completion, dealing with contractors, consultants, Councils and Building Control
