  • solely managing the group Council Tax/ Business rate bills for void units
  • managing and processing Utility bills for void units
  • processing of purchase ledger invoices and ensuring that these are processed within company policies and procedures
  • management and processing of sub-contractor certificates
  • daily bank reconciliation
  • monthly Supplier statement reconciliations
  • weekly and monthly payment runs
  • monthly CIS submissions
