Responsibility

- we have an exciting opportunity in our Colchester clinic for a nurse who wants to make a difference in our patient’s lives and take on the role of Senior Nurse
- you will provide patient care according to Our Client’s procedures with the aim to increase the quality of life for our patients
- our senior nurses are responsible for undertaking the role of Nurse in Charge and when required deputise for the clinic manager; provide a mentorship approach to the team, empowering patients, qualified nurses and other staff to share knowledge and skills
- you will take ownership of care programmes for renal patients and perform patient assessments throughout treatment ensuring ‘great care’ is provided at all times
- further responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems in line with Our Client’s processes; reviewing pre and post haemodialysis care with patients and participate in quality and service improvement programmes
