- understand how their medicines work and why they have to take them
- managing, supervising and training pharmacy support staff
- working with the pharmacy team using your own intuition, expertise and experience
Requirements
- GPhC Registered Pharmacist
- good knowledge of pharmacology and ability to analyse data and respond
- appropriately accordingly
- ability to handle work pressure with tact
- good interpersonal communication skills
- adheres to standards & procedures, maintains confidentiality
- relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry
- master’s Degree in Pharmacy trained in the UK
