Responsibility
- to apply the standards set out by those required by the client
- to consistently deliver delicious, innovative, and exciting food across the Deli and offer inhouse hospitality
- driving the service and support to exceed our customers' expectations
- work closely with the onsite team to implement creative and exciting menus
- to fully manage all operations in the kitchen and Hospitality
- run the catering operation from start to finish , comply to the hazard analysis critical points, ongoing staff training, ensuring compliance records are up to date, ordering with suppliers, cooking, washing up, daily shift clean down/end of shift clean down)
- liaising with the relevant companies for food orders
- maintain relevant record keeping
Requirements
- previous experience of at least two years’ experience in a similar role
- good knowledge and experience of working with a bespoke offer and brand
- creative and innovative
- great People Management and the ability to work customer facing
- ability to hit the ground running
- proven experience in training and coaching successful teams
- ability to communicate effectively to fellow employees and clients
- cooking: 3 years
