Responsibility
- to ensure that all practitioners are working alongside and implementing our policies and procedures at all times
- you will need to be very well organised and manage your time effectively and be able to delegate confidently with ease
- A knowledge of the EYFS is essential, knowledge of Tapestry is desirable however training will be provided if necessary
- we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Room Leader to join our team. You need to be passionate and driven to providing the best care and learning for the children in our care
- the role of the Room Leader is to work as part of the Management Team and to provide professional leadership and management to your department staff, ensuring that all children receive the highest standards of care and education
- you will be working closely with other Room Leaders and will need to be a positive role model supporting practitioners enabling them to maintain positive working relationships
- you will be working with your team ensuring that all developmental records are kept up to date, supporting your staff when needed
- all staff work alongside our policies and procedures ensuring children, parents and staff are safe and well cared for at all times
